Swissolar is the Swiss Solar Energy Professionals Association. It represents the interests of approximately 870 members – who provide around 8500 jobs in the Swiss solar sector – vis-à-vis the public, politics and regulatory authorities.
Swissolar advocates a stronger deployment of solar energy in Switzerland, whether as solar thermal for domestic warm water preparation and heating, as solar power or by applying the principles of solar construction.
Swissolar is the Swiss Solar Energy Professionals Association. It represents the Swiss solar industry, i.e. all the companies and institutions that are part of the solar economy, as well as organisations that support the concerns of the solar economy.
The majority of our members are certified Solar Pros and are listed as audited companies that specialize in these categories: independent consulting and planning, consulting and implementing, as well as production and distribution.
Any specialist company, association, energy supplier, school, research institute or individual who wants to support Swissolar’s concerns can become a member.
